1 x 90 minute Nutrition Assessment
Initially we will conduct a nutrition assessment for a complete evaluation of your lifestyle, concerns, food and drink intake, symptoms and medical history. Together we will make a plan to reach your goals and optimize your health.
2 x 60 minute follow ups
After a complete nutrition and lifestyle assessment, attending follow-up sessions is a great way to track progress, check in and discuss any challenges you may be having. Making changes to our daily habits can take time, practice and motivation. I’m here to support you along your journey to health and wellbeing.

3 Month Meal Plan
A key to healthy eating is to think ahead and plan meals and snacks for yourself or your family based on the Australian Dietary Guidelines and the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating. By planning, you can better manage your budget, shop more efficiently, and choose foods that are high in nutrients and low in calories. Therefore a 3 month meal plan is included.
