What is wellbeing and why is it important?


Wellbeing is not just the absence of disease or illness.

It’s a complex combination of a person's physical, mental, emotional and social health factors. Wellbeing is strongly linked to happiness and life satisfaction. In short, wellbeing could be described as how you feel about yourself and your life.


What are the main components of physical wellbeing? Physical wellbeing is associated with the extent to which we feel physically safe and healthy, and includes: nutrition, rest and recharge, sleep, physical activity. preventative health care & security.


Nutrition affects mental health and wellbeing, and promotes and maintains healthy brain development in children and young people, and can reduce the chance of disease such as diabetes and dementia in adults.


How are nutrition and mental health linked? Healthy eating helps people cope more effectively with stress, better manage their emotions and get a good sleep.

Are you ready to commit to a sustainable health and wellbeing change? This program is designed to provide you the knowledge and empowerment you need to maintain and enjoy your life with vitality. It is designed to reconnect your mind, body and gut to improve your mental and physical health. We will discuss, review and plan for the individual facets of your life. I will ensure you stay on track with your goals, maintain your positive change with follow-up sessions.


1 x 90 minute Nutrition Assessment

Initially we will conduct a nutrition assessment for a complete evaluation of your lifestyle, concerns, food and drink intake, symptoms and medical history. Together we will make a plan to reach your goals and optimize your health.


2 x 60 minute follow ups

After a complete nutrition and lifestyle assessment, attending follow-up sessions is a great way to track progress, check in and discuss any challenges you may be having. Making changes to our daily habits can take time, practice and motivation. I’m here to support you along your journey to health and wellbeing.

No two journeys are the same.


3 Month Meal Plan

A key to healthy eating is to think ahead and plan meals and snacks for yourself or your family based on the Australian Dietary Guidelines and the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating. By planning, you can better manage your budget, shop more efficiently, and choose foods that are high in nutrients and low in calories. Therefore a 3 month meal plan is included.


1 x *60 minute massage of your choice

*For online clients the massage can be replaced with an extra 1 month meal plan, or reimbursement of $75
